The collaboration focuses on quality assurance, revenue, and cost optimization. UNISONO Hospitality ensures quality assurance and efficiency enhancement in all back-office tasks, particularly in reservation centers, remote reception, telephone operations, and distribution. Meanwhile, likeMagic’s digital Operations & Guest Experience Platform simplifies and automates operational processes while creating attractive experiences for both guests and staff. HotelPartner Revenue Management complements the partnership by offering revenue maximization and cost optimization solutions to the hospitality sector.
