
Restructuring at HotelPartner Revenue Management:Rainer M. Willa becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors, founder Oliver Meyer takes over as CEO
HotelPartner, a Europe-wide revenue management service provider for the hotel industry headquartered in Switzerland, is restructuring its top management.
Rainer M. Willa, shareholder and CEO of the company, has been appointed the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of HotelPartner Management AG. Company founder Oliver Meyer, who was previously Chairman of the Board of Directors, will take over operational management as CEO.
After seven successful years at the operational helm of the Swiss company, characterised by strong growth, Rainer M. Willa is now taking over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. In this function, he is responsible for the overseeing the company. His duties are defined in the Swiss Code of Obligations – the Board of Directors is the highest supervisory and organisational body of a public limited company.
Oliver Meyer, who previously served as CEO from 2006 to 2018 and has since been involved in other projects and held additional mandates, is looking forward to taking on the CEO role again. “I would like to thank Rainer M. Willa for his level-headed and successful management over the last few challenging years. Together with his teams, he is largely responsible for the outstanding growth in this dynamic market environment. Today, I can fully contribute the experience I have gained over the past seven years outside of HotelPartner to the operational side.”
