A Strong Start and Stronger Growth

The Club Hotel was doing well long before its partnership with HotelPartner. With its own mix of leisure and business – more leisure in the summer, more business in the winter – the hotel attracts a very complex clientele. Some come for the extensive and unique spa, others for the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant, the Bohemia, which has placed the boutique hotel firmly on the gastronomic map as a food-lover’s destination.

However, previous to the partnership with HotelPartner, the hotel’s good performance was based on a considerable amount of manual work. Tim Phillips describes: “Before our partnership, I was spending many hours a week on ensuring our channels were up to speed, tracking competitors and finding the best rates. When the idea of outsourcing our revenue management to a qualified service provider was brought up, we found our ideal match in the combination of state-of-the-art technology and expert implementation with HotelPartner.”
